On behalf of the people of Tipperary Councillor Declan Burgess, Cathaoirleach of Tipperary County Council expresses his condolences on the death of His Holiness Pope Francis, Books of Condolence will open at each Civic and Municipal District Office in Tipperary from 9.30 a.m. on Friday 25th April 2025 and will remain open for one week.
